Orders & Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 -48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier system.

Ready-to-Ship pieces are processed and dispatched in 2-3 business days. Personalized pieces are made to order, so please allow 5-10 business days for Mellow to craft and prepare your jewelry before shipping.

Please review your order and shipping details carefully before checking out. If you need to make a change, email contact@mellow.ca as soon as possible with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Email contact@mellow.ca immediately with your order number if you need to cancel. Cancellations may not be possible once the order has entered processing.

For orders shipped within Canada and the United States, no additional duties or tariffs will be applied upon delivery.

For other international orders, this depends on the customs policies of your country. Some orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country when the package arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.

Mellow currently ships to the countries listed on our Shipping & Return page, including Canada, the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and more.

Please refer to the full country list on our Shipping & Return page before placing your order. If your country is not listed, we’re unfortunately unable to ship there at this time.

Orders that meet the free-shipping threshold qualify automatically at checkout. Mellow currently offers free shipping on orders over $120 USD for all orders. Orders below the threshold may have a shipping fee at checkout.

Ready-to-Ship pieces are already prepared and usually dispatch within 2-3 business days. Other Mellow pieces are made to order and need 5-10 business days for crafting and packing before they ship.

Check the tracking link first, then allow up to 24 hours for any new scan to appear. If the tracking has not updated for several days or the delivery looks unusual, email contact@mellow.ca with your order number.

Returns & Exchange

Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, free of signs of wear, and returned with all original packaging.

Email contact@mellow.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and return request. Mellow will confirm eligibility and provide next steps. For US and Canadian returns, Mellow may provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

For US and Canadian returns, a $10 prepaid shipping label and handling fee is deducted from the refund. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their return shipment.

For US and Canadian exchanges, a $10 handling fee covers the return shipping and the shipment of the new item. International exchange shipping may vary, so contact Mellow for instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Mellow states that refunds are usually processed within 1-2 weeks after the return arrives, and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

Email contact@mellow.ca as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. The item should be unworn and kept in its original packaging. Each damaged item case is reviewed individually.
