Where does Mellow ship?

Mellow ships to 31 countries:

  • North America: Canada, Mexico, United States

  • Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Türkiye

  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

  • Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea

  • Middle East: Israel, United Arab Emirates

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $79 USD for the United States and Canada, and $120 USD for international orders.
Orders under these minimums are subject to a nominal shipping fee.

Duties: Duties may apply according to your country's policies and are payable upon receiving the product.

 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

This depends on the customs policies of your country. Some international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes that are charged by the destination country upon delivery.

 

For customers in the United States:
No additional tariffs or duties will be applied. We ship to the US every week and customers do not receive extra charges when their package arrives.

 

How long will delivery take?

Items in our Ready to Ship collection are processed and dispatched in 2–3 business days.

All other items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for us to craft your piece before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

Shipping Note

Shipping times are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier or customs delays. We’re not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, but please rest assured we’re doing our best to dispatch orders quickly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipment fee will apply.

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

US & Canada Orders

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns: A $10 pre-paid shipping label and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Exchanges: A $17 handling fee applies to cover the cost of return shipping and shipping the new item back to you.
  • Exceptions: Personalized jewelry and final sale items cannot be returned.

International Orders

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Shipping: Buyers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment back to us.

  • Exceptions: Personalized jewelry and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Conditions (for all orders):

  • Jewelry must be unworn and show no signs of use (including perfume, scents, scratches, etc.).

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return:
Please contact us at contact@mellow.ca to initiate your return. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a pre-paid shipping label.

Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 1–2 weeks after we receive your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
