Initial Promise Ring

This was by far the best shopping experience Ive had with a small business before, I bought two rings for me and my girlfriend as a promise ring. I also submitted a prompt for them to make a video about the story. Few weeks later I get a @ on instagram and its a video of them making the rings. A few days later I got my package and the unboxing experience was amazing very creative and memorable. I opened it and mine fit amazing and I got ready to ask my now girlfriend to be my girlfriend on her graduation night. Everything went well and she said yes but her ring fit a little too tight so I contacted them and they offered to help fix it without and extra cost not even shipping. I shipped it back and a few weeks later I recieved it again and recreated how I asked my girlfriend to give it to her and this time it fit perfect and a few people started cheering who were watching. Their customer service is phenomenal and I dont think theres any way to improve it cause of how perfect my experience was. Overall cant wait to get more products in the future hopefully and continue to support this amazing business I just hope they continue to keep up their standards as they grow bigger and not cut corners.

It’s beautiful! I recently got engaged, but I purchased this for my boyfriend (now fiancé) before then as a birthday gift. Haven’t gotten to gift it quite yet, but I was very pleased with shipping times and the care put into all the packaging and the item itself.

Everything was perfect.

The rings are true to size and fit well. The rings are made well and look very good and clean, the packaging was nice and looked good. The initials are very good and am overall very happy with the ring. Shipping was on time and it came when it said it would. My only worry is about the ring tarnishing after wear for a while.
