Mellow ships to 31 countries:

• North America: Canada, Mexico, United States

• Europe: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Türkiye

• Oceania: Australia, New Zealand

• Asia: Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea

• Middle East: Israel, United Arab Emirates

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over $79 USD for the United States and Canada, and $120 USD for international orders.
Orders under these minimums are subject to a nominal shipping fee.

Duties: Duties may apply according to your country's policies and are payable upon receiving the product.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

This depends on the customs policies of your country. Some international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes that are charged by the destination country upon delivery.

For customers in the United States:
No additional tariffs or duties will be applied. We ship to the US every week and customers do not receive extra charges when their package arrives.

How long will delivery take?

Items in our Ready to Ship collection are processed and dispatched in 2–3 business days.

All other items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for us to craft your piece before shipping. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout:

Our promise
We stand behind every piece from Mellow. If your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it—free of charge—within 1 year (365 days) from the delivery date.

What’s covered

• Structural or manufacturing defects (e.g., loose or failed solder joints, defective clasps, chain links, or settings).
• Stones/settings that fail under normal wear (not impact).
• Incorrect engraving or personalization caused by our error.
• Finish/quality issues present on arrival.

What’s not covered

• Normal wear and tear (fine scratches, small dents, micro-scuffs).

• Tarnish/oxidation from everyday exposure.

• Damage, bending, or stone loss from impact, snagging, or improper care.

• Chemical/exposure damage (lotions, pools, hot tubs, cleaning agents, perfumes).

• Lost or stolen items.

• Sizing changes, personal preference changes, or customer-provided engraving errors.

How to make a claim

1. Contact us with your order number, a short description, and clear photos/videos of the issue.

2. Our team will confirm coverage and provide next steps.

3. Ship your item to us using protective packaging (we’ll share packing tips).

What we’ll do

• We’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the style is discontinued, we’ll offer a comparable replacement or store credit.

• Turnaround is typically quick once received; we’ll keep you updated.

Shipping & fees

• You cover shipping to us for inspection/repair.

• We cover the repair and return shipping back to you on approved warranty claims within the U.S. & Canada (standard service).

• For international addresses, a small return-shipping fee may apply.

Eligibility & limits

• Warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations void the warranty.

• One warranty resolution per item.

Care tips (to keep your piece shining)
Remove before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Avoid direct contact with perfumes/lotions/cleaners. Store dry and separate. Use a soft polishing cloth to refresh shine.
